The UL-S is a highly efficient steam boiler with a three-pass design for 1,250 to 28,000 kg/h of steam at up to 30 bar. With impressively low emissions and its ability to be converted for biofuels or hydrogen, the UL-S is designed to be future-proof.
Thanks to the integrated economiser, the UL-S uses the energy supplied even more efficiently, saving up to 7% on fuel. An optional condensing heat exchanger can also recover almost all of the waste heat and reduce the flue gas temperature to up to 50 °C. Very low emissions (to below 50 mg NOx) are possible thanks to the large furnace.
The UL-S is individually configured for your application, and manufactured and equipped for easy planning and quick installation. The boiler and burner technology work effectively together, even when using multi-fuel firing systems. The technology can be retrofitted to run on climate-neutral fuels such as biogas, bio-oil or hydrogen at any time.
The Bosch UL-S boiler design with asymmetrical arrangement of flame and smoke tubes results in natural water circulation for rapid heating and a dynamic response. The German-made construction has proven itself thousands of times and is particularly durable and easy to maintain thanks to its excellent accessibility.
